Procedure for decisions by the Vice-Chancellor
The Vice-Chancellor’s decision-making session normally takes place every Tuesday morning. A matter for decision by the Vice-Chancellor must be prepared by the person responsible for the matter. This means that the responsible official must prepare supporting documentation and draft the proposed decision, as well as registering the matter.
The documents must be written in Swedish.
Procedure for the University Director’s decision-making meeting
The University Director’s decision-making meeting normally takes place every Monday. All items must be submitted at least seven days before the meeting. When submitting the item, all relevant documents must be uploaded.

Order of Delegation at Uppsala University
The Order of Delegation describes the decision-making powers granted to University officials. Managerial responsibility follows the chain of delegation from the Vice-Chancellor to Heads of Department.
