About the course

This course deals with communication processes in relation to organising. It gives a historical review of how the perception of communication, organisations and organising has changed from the early 1900s until today, presenting classical, modern and postmodern perspectives on organising. The course also brings up theories that have evolved in recent decades, dealing with key concepts such as meaning, organisational culture, leadership and change.
