Kort presentation
Jag är professor i fasta tillståndets elektronik och forskar på tunnfilmssolceller baserade på materialen Cu(In,Ga)Se2, CIGS, och Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4, CZTS. Målet är att förstå hur materialegenskaper och gränsytor mellan de tunna filmerna påverkar solcellens funktion. Med den kunskapen kan vi utveckla tillverkningsprocesser för effektivare solceller till låg kostnad.
