About the course
The course covers the situation of the industrial company in terms of the prerequisites of the industry, production and project management based on real cases. Cost-volume-profit analysis, costing, investment appraisal, financing, cash flow analysis, financial analysis, accounting, and management control are the areas of knowledge that are studied in the course. Models and tools are learnt before each session through films that deal with the different areas and are tested by
