Domination Techniques - Identify, Prevent and Counteract

The nano training is digital and can be completed at a time of your choosing. It is divided into a number of chapters on different themes. Each chapter is estimated to take about five minutes to complete. The training does not need to be completed in one go, but can be split up as you wish.

The online training consists of three parts:

Part 1: Ruling techniques, counter strategies and affirmation techniques
Part 2: Berit Å's five original domination techniques

Part 3: Preventing, interrupting or deflecting bossing behaviour
