Uppsala Pride 2026

On Saturday, 26 September, Uppsala University will be taking part in the Uppsala Pride parade.

We are taking part to show our support for openness, inclusion and the equal value of all people. All staff and students are warmly welcome to join us and help create a university where everyone can be themselves.

For security reasons, the start time and parade route will be announced no earlier than one week before the event.

Participants will meet up outside Segerstedt Building, where pennants will be handed out, before we join the parade.

To ensure smooth planning, the organisers need to know how many people from Uppsala University will be taking part.
