Widening participation

To continue to attract a diverse student body, it is important to work systematically to recruit the most motivated students, regardless of background, and give them the support and conditions they need to successfully complete their studies. In 2024, the Vice-Chancellor decided how this work should be conducted at Uppsala University. Read more about this decision and the support available for its implementation.

Lifelong learning

Prior to the application round in spring and autumn, examples of suitable courses for professionals are updated. The categorisation is based on the research challenges identified by the University with the addition of a couple of themes.
