Termination and transfer

Extensions, mobile services or mobile broadband at Uppsala University have no notice period.

Terminations and transfers shall be notified by the head of department, Finance Manager or the equivalent for the department.

Termination

Upon termination of an extension, mobile services or mobile broadband, information shall be sent to IT Support.

Transfer

Information regarding transfer of mobile services or mobile broadband to another user within the same department shall be sent IT Support.

Information regarding transfer of an extension to another user within the same department is only registered in the directory database AKKA by the directory administrator at the department.

Upon transfer of an extension, mobile services or mobile broadband to another department, we require the approval of both departments. Please include this approval to the errand when sending it to IT Support.
