Advertisements in newspapers, radio and TV should be used sparingly and only when there is a good reason.

Do not use purchased editorial communication in supplements and themed issues, for example, as they have low credibility.

A podcast can serve as an effective communications channel for reaching new target groups.

Posters, leaflets, etc can support other communication actions and provide more detailed information or inspiration.

From a sustainability perspective, printed material should be used sparingly and after due consideration.

Doctoral students, researchers and others can contribute knowledge and facts about different subjects.
