Codes for referral and forwarding an extension
Note: Does not aply to standalone mobile subscriptions.
Referring your extension contributes to an increased service level for those seeking you. It also makes it easier for the operators in their work to convey correct information to those calling the switchboard. Make it a routine to always refer your extension when absent.
Use the respective code below to refer your fixed extension.
For MEX, first dial 965, wait for the dial tone, and then enter the desired referral code.

All referral codes can be canceled prematurely using #23#
(1) Absence activated 30 minutes from when the service is requested
(2) Absence activated until 08:00 the following working day
(3) Absence activated until a specific time on the same day or the following working day
(4) Absence activated until 08:00 on the specified month and day
(5) Absence activated Indefinitely, i.e., until it is deactivated

Direct call forwarding of extension
Direct call forwarding of your extension, to another extension or an external number, is performed as follows. If you have a mobile extension (MEX), first dial 965, wait for the dial tone, and then enter the desired referral code.
