Kick-off for the collaboration – buy match tickets at a reduced price

On 18 October 2026, IK Sirius will face IF Elfsborg in a home game. In conjunction with the kick-off of a collaboration between Uppsala University and Sirius Fotboll (a football club), staff and students at the University will have the opportunity to buy match tickets at a reduced price.
In June, Uppsala University and Sirius Fotboll signed an agreement on long-term research and development collaboration. The collaboration spans multiple areas – from AI and mathematical models for football to artificial turf, sports physiology as it applies to football, and questions of safety, community and early intervention for children and young people.
As part of the start of the collaboration, staff are being offered tickets to a Sirius home game against Elfsborg on 18 October for 99 kr per ticket. Staff can buy a maximum of four tickets per person.
The tickets are for standing places in a section of the southern stand and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for purchasing tickets at the reduced price is 11 October.
