Recommended telephones

Here is a list of the recommended telephones at the university. It can be ordered through the University's e-commerce system, Proceedo.

If you do not have access to Proceedo yourself, you can consult with the purchasing coordinator at your department/division. If you have any questions about the recommended equipment, contact IT support.

Analogue telephones

We recommend Mitel 76730a, an analogue telephone for office use. Analogue subscriptions can be offered throughout Uppsala University, with the exception of the areas which only use IP telephony services.

IP telephones

We recommend Mitel 6865, an IP telephone for office use. Further details regarding models and equipment are dealt with via the relevant campus management team or equivalent. If you are not sure who you should consult, please contact IT Support for information.

Mobile Phones

In addition to these recommendations when choosing a mobile device, we refer to the selection in Proceedo.

For the device to work with a service subscription at Uppsala University, it must not be carrier-locked.
