Procured photographers

Orders for photography services are placed in Proceedo

A framework agreement has been in place governing external photographers used by Uppsala University since 1 December 2022. Contractual terms, prices and contact details for procured suppliers can be found in Uppsala University's framework agreement database.

Note that a priority call-off order applies to all categories, i.e. the first name/equivalent must always be contacted first!

Publish supplied images in the image bank

The University’s contracted photographers deliver images directly to Mediaflow, the University’s image database. You, as the client, will receive a link to the images so that you can easily view and download them.

It is important that images are culled, tagged and published in the image bank to benefit the entire university. See the guide Publish images in the Image Bank (in Swedish).

If you regularly order images, you need to have your own account in Mediaflow to be able to do this yourself. Contact the Communications Division to request a Mediaflow account via the link in the Contact box below.

If you very rarely order images yourself, please contact either the department’s communications officer or the disciplinary domain’s designated image editor for help with publishing your images.

You do not have exclusive rights to the ordered images – the images belong to the entire university and may be used by others than you or your department / equivalent. Employees at the Communications Department have access to all images in Mediaflow.
