Prices for phone services

Below are price lists for the university's various telephony services. Please note:

For employees and others active within Uppsala University, Mobile Extension (MEX) is recommended as the primary option.
Phones and other hardware are not included in the service but can be ordered separately through the product web. See recommended phones here.

Prices for services and subscriptions

Call costs from extensions within Sweden to the whole world are included in the monthly fee for all subscriptions. Note: Does not apply to standalone mobile subscriptions or mobile broadband.

All moves and connections of analog extensions are carried out by a service partner.

Order by forms that you will find here. The filled in forms are to be sent to IT-Support.
All subscriptions are without contract duration. Termination requests are to be sent by mail to IT Support.
Fault reports is to be sent by mail to IT support (Please, read this guide in advance).

Delivery

Normal deliverytinme are 10 work days. Please announce large orders in good time.
Billing monthly in arrears.
