Slow running

Join us for wonderful, peaceful runs at a pace that suits everyone, where the focus is on enjoyment, camaraderie, and well-being.

During slow-running sessions, we adjust our pace and run at a speed that allows everyone to keep up. If you feel like going for a lovely run in good company, just put on your running shoes and join us. We run about 5 km (45–60 min).

Wear trail running shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather.

No sign-up is necessary; just drop in.

Uppsala: We meet on Mondays, 17:00–18:00. We gather outside the entrance to Campus1477; from there, we will go to Stadsskogen (the City Forest) for the run. During the dark season, we will go out in the cozy glow of a headlamp. Bring a headlamp if you have one; there are some to borrow on site.

Gotland: We meet on Thursdays, 17:15–18:15. We gather at the outdoor gym at the P18 area.
