Canvas Student app
Why does it say I am both registered and "Ej registrerad" in the app?
Don't worry! If you have the role "Student Registered" in the app, you are registered for the course. Sometimes the "Ej registrerad" (Not Registered) status lingers. It usually disappears on its own, but you can also remove it by clearing the app's cache or uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
You can also verify that you have the correct status and role via a computer.
Why does it say "N/A" on my course cards in the app?
The status "N/A" (Not Applicable) is displayed when the course has started, but you have not yet received any grades in the course. Once you receive a grade, this status will change.
Why is there a padlock on my course cards in the app?
You might have noticed that several of your course cards have a padlock icon in the app. This means that your total points in that course are hidden. There is a good reason for this: The points in Studium do not correspond to university credits, and displaying them in the app could be misleading.
How do I join a group in the app?
The Canvas Student app currently lacks this group functionality. Instead, use your mobile browser or a computer to join a group.
Technical issues
Pages in Studium load blank/white, how do I fix this?
If pages in Studium are loading incorrectly (blank and/or white) try the following:
- Update your web browser so that it is up to date.
- If your web browser is updated to the latest version, try clearing it's cache.
Next, log out of Studium and then log back in.
Access denied after logging into Studium

This message usually appears when your web browser is trying to direct you to a page which is no longer published in Studium.
